The Duck Boat tour is good and all the people I know who took it (about ten) liked it a lot. I liked it too. But I was dissapointed that there was not more time in the water. To confirm and secure your seats with your Internet Ticket Voucher, you must either call Boston DUCK Tours, phone number is on ticket voucher. OR arrive at any Boston Duck Tour ticket booth up to 30 days in advance and redeem your voucher for tickets for your desired tour date and time. The ticket booth opens at 8:30am, and the sooner you arrive, the more likely you are to get your preferred time.
IMPORTANT:
Tickets purchased online DO NOT guarantee you seats on the day you booked . You must confirm a specific departure time by phone or in person up to 30 days in advance with Boston DUCK Tours. Boarding and seating are first come, first served. After you arrange for a specific departure time by phone or in person we suggest you arrive 30 minutes early, boarding normally begins 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.

For every confirmed booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Cancellation and No Show Policy
Once purchased tickets cannot be canceled. No refunds are available. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be refunded.
