One Way Shuttle from JKF John F. Kennedy to or from Manhattan ONLY. No service to or from Brooklyn, the Bronx, Staten Island or Queens. No service between airports.

Shuttles operate 24 hours daily. Collect your luggage and follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Desk near the Baggage Claim area. Ask an agent to arrange for Super Shuttle service. Shuttles leave the airport approximately every 20 minutes. Wait times between 1:00am and 5:00am can be 30 to 45 minutes.

To confirm your pickup time for transfer to the airport, please call at least 24 hours prior to pickup. SuperShuttle Reservation phone number will be on your voucher.

• Vans will hold either a maximum of seven (7) or eleven (11) passengers
• Shuttles operate 24 hours a day
• Child Car seats not provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip
• Children younger than 3 ride for free.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Luggage Limitations

• Please limit luggage to 2 carry-on bags and 2 check-in bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)
• Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.
• Over sized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. Luggage space is limited on our vans and sedans and we have to allow for luggage for other passengers on the van. Special arrangements may be required if you'll be carrying excessive luggage or over sized items.

A rule of thumb is 2 checked bags and 1 carry on. (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs) If your checked bags exceed 50 pounds or the total dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height), please call our reservation center for special instructions on booking your reservation.

If you'll be carrying a surf board, crate or skis you may be charged an over sized luggage fee. In this event, the additional fees will be charged and must be paid by cash or credit card on-board the van at the time of the transfer.

            

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher

For every confirmed booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the SuperShuttle Van Driver.

Only one voucher will be created per one way reservation for all travelers. For round trip their will be 2 vouchers created per reservation for all travelers If you forget your voucher/ ticket you will be charged again on board the van and the original order will NOT be refunded. IMPORTANT: If you have a round trip voucher make sure to give only one of the 2 vouchers to the 1st driver.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Once purchased tickets cannot be canceled. No refunds are available.

Driver Gratuities are not included.
