Answer: Proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in your arriving terminal and ask for Go AirLink New York. There is a Ground Transportation Desk in every terminal at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports.

Question: Do you pick up and drop off at any hotel or neighborhood address in Manhattan?
Answer: Yes, locations between Battery Park and 125th Street. We have a large fleet of vans in service at all times to keep the number of stops on each route at a minimum.

We offer pickup and drop off service between Battery Park and 125th Street including the following areas:

• Lower East Side
• Greenwich Village (East Village, West Village, NYU, SOHO, Little Italy)
• Union Square
• Midtown East (Gramercy, Murray Hill, Turtle Bay, Stuyvesant Town)
• Midtown West (Times Square, Fashion District, Bryant Park, Chelsea, Theatre District, Meatpacking District)
• Upper West Side (Central Park area)
• Upper East Side (Central Park area)
• Additional areas up to 125th Street

We DO NOT offer service to or from Brooklyn, the Bronx, Staten Island or Queens

Question: How long is the trip to or from the airport?
Answer: Travel time, of course, depends on traffic conditions. In general, it's smart to allow 1 to 1-1/2 hours. However, because we provide all of our service in vans, we'll get you to the airport and back about as fast as a taxi, but at a much lower cost.

Question: How much room is there for luggage?
Answer: Luggage compartments are in the rear of the van, separate from the seating area. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, one large suitcase and one carry-on are allowed per person.

Question: I bought a ticket online, what now?
Answer: For arrival transfers, proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in your arriving terminal and present your ticket. The agent at the desk will assist you. There is a Ground Transportation Desk in every terminal at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airport.

Question: How do I arrange pickup at a hotel or residence in Manhattan?
Answer: Please call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your home, hotel or office pick up. Please advise the reservationists that you have already purchased a ticket. The reservation phone number will be on your ticket.

Question: Do you provide transfers between airports?
Answer: No
